The initiator of the kalyska.archive project is Siarhei Kavaliou. Cinematographer and documentary filmmaker, producer of audiovisual content. Born in Babruisk in 1989. He graduated from a music school in the piano class. He received a higher education at Belarusian State University of Electronics and Radiotechnics (BSUER), from which he graduated in 2012 majoring in engineer-economist.

Fellow of the Gaude Polonia 2025 program.
